By accessing or using IBuyDrug's platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
IBuyDrug is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare providers. IBuyDrug itself does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or prescribe medications. All medical decisions are made solely by the independent licensed physicians on our platform.
A prescription is not guaranteed. Our physicians will only prescribe medications they determine are clinically appropriate and safe for you based on your health evaluation.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. You must be a resident of a US state where our services are available. You must provide accurate and complete health information.
For controlled substances (Schedule II–V), we comply with the Ryan Haight Online Pharmacy Consumer Protection Act and all applicable DEA regulations. An in-person evaluation may be required before a controlled substance prescription can be issued.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Consultation fees are charged at the time of submission. Medication prices are charged upon prescription fulfillment. We accept major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a physician review has been initiated. Medication refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
IBuyDrug's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
